Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026. Outcom operates the DoseTrace mobile application. This policy explains what data DoseTrace collects, how it is used and stored, and how you can delete your account and all of your data.

When you create an account, we collect your email address. You may optionally provide your name, gender, birth month and year, country, wellness goals, activity level, and whether you work with a healthcare provider.

We use your data to provide and personalize the DoseTrace service. Optional profile information (name, gender, age range, country, goals, activity level) may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve our service and develop wellness partnerships.

We never share individual user data with third parties. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.

Protocol data, dose logs, vial records, and reminders you create are stored locally on your device. Free accounts: local only. Premium accounts: data is encrypted and stored on Supabase secure cloud servers in the United States.

You can permanently delete your DoseTrace account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: open Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. No email or request is required.

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your account and all data (protocols, dose logs, vials, lab results, vaccines, reminders, profile) from our servers and your device. To delete specific data without closing your account, email hello@dosetrace.io.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data, or ask about the data we hold, at any time by contacting hello@dosetrace.io.

DoseTrace is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We may update this policy periodically; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Contact: hello@dosetrace.io
